The High Table, tracing its roots to the Oxbridge collegiate culture, has been a longstanding tradition of residential halls at HKU. It is a dignified occasion where fellow students and scholars would dress up formally, donning academic robes, and gather to eat, drink and enjoy lively intellectual exchange.
We were honoured to have Professor Norman Ko, the Emeritus Professor at HKU and Honorary Professor at Department of Mechanical Engineering as our guest speaker at the High Table held on October 27, 2022.
